Make sure to upload the vector or png file. Choose how your logo will appear on the mask. There are a few design options for you decide from enabling a unique look.

SAMPLING

Once you submit your design, we will create a mockup including your logo and background colour of your choice. Once you approve the design, we are able to create a physical sample with a fee of $350. We will start production when the sample has been approved.

  • Our Cambridge Mask PRO Mask is available in 5 different sizes that fit children (2+) and adults.

 

  • The minimum order quantity for customised designs is 96 units which you can mix and match with different sizes.

 

  • We offer worldwide shipping which will be added to your order. Shipping 96 units of masks to the USA will cost roughly $400, but if you have a freight forwarder or DHL account, we can arrange shipping according to your needs.

How long will it take to produce a customised mask?

Once you approve the design, it will take 14 days for the masks to be produced. Please note that this excludes the creative process as we need your approval based on the mockup and samples.

What is a pantone colour?

A pantone colour is a numbering system used to identify and match colours with printers. This allows the exact shade printed on the fabric of the mask.

If you are looking for the perfect colour for your customised mask, head to https://www.pantone.com/color-finder.If you hover one color, you will be able to see the pantone code which will help us to print the right colour for you.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is 96 units of PRO masks. We will send your customised mask in a larger box that contains 16 units of masks.

With the minimum quantity, you will receive 6 boxes at your door. With the minimum order quantity, you can mix any sizes you would like to order. Find our sizing chart below. You can also read more about our sizing here.

How many times can we change the design?

We will give options of how your logo will look on our mask. You are able to give feedback and change your design 2x. We will send you a sample once you approve the design with a flat fee of $350 including shipping.

Please note that if you want more samples, there will be additional fee.

Can I submit my own design?

Yes, you can. The minimum order quantity to create your own design is 512 unit or PRO masks. If you would like to create a mask with your own design, please write to sales@cambridgemask.com.

What is a vector file?

In order for us to create the best quality mask and bring your vision come true, we need the best resolution of your logo. A vector file is an image that can be made large without losing quality. These files usually saved as .Ai (Adobe Illustrator), .Psd (Adobe Photoshop), .Eps, .Svg, file. If you do not have these files, we are able to receive PNG or PDF file.

Please refrain from sending us your logo in JPEG/JPG or Microsoft Word document.

Can I get a discount on a larger order?

Is the Cambridge Mask effective for COVID-19?

Whilst we have not run specific tests regarding COVID-19, prior to the pandemic our PRO mask had been tested to filter more than 99% of all viruses and bacteria.

The valve on our masks plays a vital role in helping to reduce moisture preventing the buildup and growth of viruses and bacteria, as well as limiting the excess build-up of carbon dioxide. This is why the valve opens when you exhale.

What certifications does the mask have?

  • Our Masks pass the >99% requirement set for the European classification EN 149/FFP3 and the US classification 42 CFR 84, subpart K/N99, for the solid aerosol tests.
  • Due to the further prerequisite of EN 149 in regards to liquid aerosol test (not required for N classification), our masks receive a mean of PFE of 97% - this equates to FFP2.
  • Particle Filtration Efficiency >98%
  • Breathing resistance <2 mbar
  • Bacterial Filtration Efficiency >99%
  • Viral Filtration Efficiency >99%

Is the mask reusable?

Yes, Cambridge Masks are reusable and washable by handwash method only.

Handwashing the mask will remove dirt, make-up and surface dust. Our PRO mask inner filters are treated with silver which enhances the anti-viral properties of the technology used, so excessively washing the mask is not necessary. However, the washing process will not extend the life of the filters.

Each mask will need to be replaced after extended use to ensure proper filtration, preventing a build of particles within the filter.

How long will it take for shipping?

We are able to ship worldwide and on average it will take 5-7 days. We are able to take care of shipping your goods and we will give a shipping quote based on the address you input on the order form. If you have a DHL account, we are able to arrange the shipping using your account.
