Where are our masks made?

Cambridge Mask Co. was founded by Christopher Dobbing after he moved to China in 2012. Upon seeing young children badly affected by air pollution issues, he developed a mask to help young people access a quality product that could keep them safe.

Today, Cambridge Mask is a global leader in the consumer mask market for adults and children, and sells to organizations such as US Embassies, major airlines, schools and hospitals around the world.

Our company has had a China footprint since it was founded, and the many British and international members of the team speak fluent Mandarin.

Like Apple and many of the world's leading consumer goods companies, we have found that China offers us the best opportunity to manufacture a high-quality product in volume, at a price that makes it accessible to as many people as possible.

Our executive team has lived and worked in China, the USA, Australia, Indonesia, Europe, and elsewhere.

You can read more about our company, our journey and our founders on the ‘Our Story' section of our website.

Our factory is regularly audited to comply with Government standards and our masks go through a rigorous quality management system during the production process.

The filters used in all of our masks are made in the UK and our masks are then assembled and packed in China as we make clear on our packaging. Our warehouses are based in the UK and the USA, where we ship to customers in over 90 countries.

We are incredibly proud of the quality of our products and have been delivering masks to thousands of people for many years.
