These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) describe the terms and conditions under which Cambridge Mask Co makes available to its users the Return and Replacement or Refund of Cambridge Mask Co (the “Return and Replacement or Refund of Cambridge Mask Co” or “Mask”). A user (“You” and “Your”) expressly acknowledges and accepts to be bound by these Terms. The Terms constitute a contract between You and Cambridge Mask Co and apply to Your use of the Item.
These Terms replace any previous version which You may have received or to which You assented.
By purchasing Cambridge Mask Co’s product, You acknowledge that You have read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms. You agree that any use by You of the Item shall constitute Your acceptance of the Terms. We advise You to keep or print a copy of these Terms for Your personal records. In the event of misappropriation or fraudulent use of the Return Shipping on Return and Replacement or Refund of Cambridge Mask Co, Cambridge Mask Co reserves the right to restrict the Service eligibility.
How I can return an unopened Cambridge Mask?
You may return items using the Return Shipping on Cambridge Mask Co if the following conditions are met:
- A paid transaction has been made for Your mask using Your payment channel on our website store (debit or credit card via Stripe or PayPal);
- Your Cambridge Mask must be unopened and unused in the same condition that You received it. Your Mask must be in the original packaging;
- Only one (1) return and replacement or refund request is allowed per customer; per order;
- The items You wish to return must have been paid for in their entirety using Your original payment channel;
- You must initiate Your return within 14 days since the goods delivered to your address based on the tracking link and in accordance with the return conditions authorized by the seller or merchant;
- You have one (1) year warranty per customer for manufacturer warranty.
- Your original order has manufacture defect which is anything that causes the mask not to function correctly as a result of manufacturing errors;
- You will have fourteen (14) days to submit a replacement or refund request from the date You received it; and
- You will have fourteen (14) days to return Cambridge Mask Co’s product(s) from the date You have submitted a request. Please clarify the return address with us before you return the package.
How I can return my Cambridge Mask if I purchased from Amazon store?
You may return items using the Return Shipping on Cambridge Mask Co if the following conditions are met:
- Fulfillment By Amazon side (FBA);
- Amazon purchases are eligible for return under Amazon policies;
- Due to hygiene condition as you have already opened your mask’s packaging, you do not need to return the mask and you can donate it to family or a friend if it’s still usable.
- Please contact Amazon FBA team to process return and replacement or refund for the unopened and unused Mask. If You cannot contact them, please send us a message through buyer-seller tool message.
Under what conditions can I not use the Return Shipping on Return and Replacement or Refund Policy?
The Service does not apply to:
- Used and opened Mask.
- costs associated with loss, theft, or damage to the item when it is returned; or
- more than one (1) request of return and replacement or refund per customer; per order or
- more than one (1) year warranty per customer for product faults; or
- different address from your original order to send Your replacement mask; or
- purchases:
- of items that cannot be returned in accordance with the seller or merchant’s general conditions of sale, e.g. the seller or merchant’s authorized deadline for returns has passed;
- made more than fourteen (14) days prior to submission of the return and replacement or refund request.
How many refunds can I get under the Return and Replacement or Refund Policy?
You are eligible to receive only one (1) return and replacement or refund order request. All refund requests must be filed within fourteen (14) days from the date on which we shipped Your mask. Please note that You have to register your mask here to claim the warranty coverage.
Does the Return and Replacement or Refund of Cambridge Mask Cost me anything?
You will be responsible for paying for Your own shipping costs for returning Your items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I make a refund request under Return and Replacement or Refund of Cambridge Mask Co?
Please fill all of these details of the Return and Replacement or Refund form. Proof of Your return including the following document:
- The receipt from the post office or courier service; and
- Proof that the purchased MASK was returned to Cambridge Mask Co warehouse. If this information is not included on the original return shipping receipt, please provide a photo of the return package with the warehouse address visible.
Copies or a scanned version of the original documents are acceptable only if the required information is clearly legible. Pictures are acceptable. In all cases, please be sure to keep the original documents, since You may be asked to provide them during the process of verification of Your refund request if the copies provided are not legible.
Please clarify the return address with us before you return the package.
How will I be refunded?
If Your refund request is accepted, You will receive the corresponding funds directly into Your original payment channel within approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days of the date You receive notice that we have approved Your refund request. All refunds will be made in Pound Sterling.
How will I know if my return and replacement or refund request is accepted?
You will be kept informed at every stage of the processing of Your request by email:
- Confirmation of receipt of Your refund request will be sent on the same day or the first business day after Cambridge Mask Co. has processed your request.
- Notice of approval or rejection of Your refund request will be sent five (5) business days from the receipt of Your complete file; and
- Notice of any additional documentation we need from You will be sent within five (5) business days from the day You submit Your request and You will then have five (5) days to provide missing documentation;
- Refund will be issued five (5) business days from notice of approval of Your refund request.
