Customise Mask General Terms
Products, Customisation and MOQ
We only offer customisation on our PRO mask. The Buyer is free to choose the colour of the outer printed fabric layer for the customised mask. Buyer's logo placement on the mask will be limited to 4 styles only. For further customisation on the mask or on the mask's packaging, please reach out to our team at sales@cambridgemask.com.
The minimum order quantity for customised designs is 96 units which can be mixed and match with different sizes. We provide an outer box that can contain 16 PRO masks. The dimension of the box is 31x31x18 cm, with weight around 3.5 kg per box.
Acknowledgments, Authorization and Payment
Buyer has reviewed the Cambridge Mask's Sizing Chart to confirm the correct sizes for its order. By indicating acceptance of the Work Order and making payment via Cambridge Mask Co's issued invoice. Buyer authorizes Cambridge Mask Co to begin production on the Work Order and to charge Buyer’s credit card in the amount reflected on the Work Order. Following such charge, no changes may be made to a custom order. Cambridge Mask Co is not responsible for any errors in the final product caused by information provided by Buyer (including design submitted, sizes, colors, quantity). The Buyer agrees to the general terms and conditions of Cambridge Mask Co:
Payment can be made online by bank or credit card through the secured online payment service indicated on the website, or by any other mean available on the website at the date of the order.
You guarantee that you have all required authorizations to use the chosen means of payment.
The corresponding invoice shall be sent to users at the time of delivery.
Cambridge Environmental Solutions Ltd. retains full and complete ownership of our product until full payment has been made.
Material and Colors
We strive to accurately follow the Pantone colours submitted by Buyer; however, colours displayed on computer screen and in Work Orders are representative. Because there are many variations in computer monitors and browsers, and not all monitors are calibrated equally, colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Accordingly, Cambridge Mask Co does not guarantee that what you see online will match the colour of the actual product delivered. Even finished products can have minimal colour variations within a production run, or in subsequent manufacture. Buyer acknowledges that actual colours may vary from colours shown on your display monitor, and even within an order or in supplemental orders. Once physical or photograph sample has been approved in writing, there are no returns due to colour variances in main order stock.
Design Policy
We reserve the right to refuse Buyer artwork, logo(s), and/or design requests for any reason, including but not limited to material we deem unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, indecent, inflammatory, libelous, tortious, hateful, racially, ethnically, socially, politically, legally, morally, religiously objectionable or otherwise objectionable, or invasive of another’s rights including but not limited to rights of celebrity, privacy and intellectual property.
Representations and Warranties
Buyer represents and warrants that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use and exploit any submitted artwork, logo, design, words or any combination thereof submitted to us to be printed on or applied to apparel or any other product supplied by us, and that such use and exploitation does not and will not violate the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, trademark, copyright, trade dress, patent, or design patent rights) of any other entity or person.
Shipping
The prices that are given excludes shipping. We have 3 different shipping options:
Option 1 - Cambridge Mask Co takes care of the shipping
We will send your order to your address using DHL and we will include this in the invoice.
Option 2 - Using your DHL account
We are able to arrange shipping using your DHL account. Please send the details to info@cambridgemask.com and the shipping charged including tax will be paid by you.
Option 3 - Freight Forwarder
If you have a freight forwarder that you work with, we are able to drop off at the agreed destination. The cost for the freight forwarder will be covered by you.
Reselling
Buyer can resell the customised mask that have been designed and purchased from Cambridge Mask Co. Our suggested retail price is minimum of $32 or (GBP) 24.95. For additional marketing collateral or guidelines on re-sell please contact us directly for assistance.
Return, Refund, Replacement Policy
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, and no refunds are available. One year warranty is offered on Cambridge Mask Co regular masks also not applicable for customised masks.
Exception: If within 7 days of Buyer’s receipt of customised mask, Buyer discovers wrong item delivered caused by our fault, it may submit an inquiry to us for verification via photo evidence; if our Quality Control team determines in its sole discretion that the issue indeed has been caused by manufacturing issue, we will offer an equitable resolution of the matter to Buyer.
Payment and Fees
All payments will be charged in USD. We are able to receive payment via bank transfer and credit card. There are 2 possible payments needed to be paid by Buyer before we can start the production process, which can include Sample Fee and/or Production Fee. There will be a fee of $350 which will be charged in advance to create the samples, excluding shipping fee for physical samples. Samples Fee are deductible on the Production Invoice once Buyer finalize its order. Production Invoice will include customised mask's price, shipping fee, and tax. Buyer will be subject to 3% fee if the payment is made with Credit Card. We will give a timeframe of 72 hours for Buyer complete each of the payment.
